STRATEGY. CURATION.

CREATIVE DIRECTION.

About

Margherita is a creative director, strategist and curator with over a decade of international experience across music, fashion, art, culture, and hospitality. She has been instrumental in shaping the ideation, creative direction and execution behind internationally recognised campaigns, collaborating with acclaimed and No. 1 artists including Tom Odell, Jess Glynne, Liam Gallagher, Mystery Jets, Jade Bird, Flyte and fine arts artist Alexandria Coe, alongside organisations and brands including Sony Music, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Transgressive Records, Burberry, Armani, Uniqlo, The North Face, Converse, Spotify, Apple Music, Vogue, BBC, Choose Love, and WWF. Her work has spanned campaigns for seven No. 1 records, two Ivor Novello-winning artists, a Grammy-winning artist, and BRIT Award winners.

With a global, multidisciplinary approach spanning business strategy and talent development through to creative direction and event curation, Margherita partners with founders, artists, and brands to shape ideas from their earliest conception to their final expression—creating distinctive brands, experiences, campaigns, events, and cultural narratives with clarity, purpose, and intention.

After more than a decade in London, Margherita relocated to New Zealand, where traditional longboard surf became an unexpected source of inspiration. Its culture, craftsmanship, and philosophy profoundly shaped her perspective, opening a new creative chapter. This shift naturally expanded her work into hospitality, surf culture, and lifestyle.

A graduate of Istituto Marangoni Milan, Margherita brings a multidisciplinary and holistic perspective shaped by design, business, travel, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, culture, wellbeing, and thoughtful ways of living. Alongside her strategic and creative work, she has a particular passion for analog photography. She speaks English, Italian, French, and Spanish fluently, with conversational Indonesian, and currently divides her time between Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia.
