BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Once a project, service, or commission has been confirmed, MMV reserves the agreed time, resources, and creative capacity required to deliver the work.

Project scope, timelines, payment terms, deposits, and deliverables will be agreed with the client prior to the commencement of each project.

Due to the bespoke nature of creative services, payments made towards confirmed projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled after confirmation, any completed work, preparation, research, production costs, or time already invested will remain payable.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Please don’t steal our hard work.

All content, materials, photography, written work, concepts, designs, and creative assets produced by or belonging to MMV remain the intellectual property of MMV unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use MMV materials without prior written permission.

Where permission is granted, appropriate credit and acknowledgement are expected. We all appreciate not having to chase for this to be included.

PHOTOGRAPHY & USAGE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and ownership of original photography and creative work remains with MMV.

Usage rights, licensing, reproduction, commercial applications, and distribution of photography or creative assets will be agreed as part of each individual project.

Additional usage requirements outside the original agreement may require additional licensing fees.

TESTIMONIALS

From time to time, clients may share feedback or testimonials about their experience with MMV. These reflect the individual opinions and experiences of those clients and do not guarantee specific outcomes for others.

MMV does not guarantee specific results from any service, as outcomes depend on many individual, creative, and external factors.
